1.Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) provided by Talent on View Ltd t/a Tribepad (“Tribepad”) and/or applying for a vacancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time and will post any changes within the ATS. Your continued use of the ATS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the ATS or submit an application.

The ATS and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure information is accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the ATS.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the ATS, including its design, software, and content, are owned by Tribepad or Dignus Group. You may print or download content for personal use only, provided any proprietary notices are retained. Other use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

3. External Links

The ATS may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external sites and accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred through their use.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Registration Terms

6.1 Eligibility

To register for the ATS, you must be aged 16 or over and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.

6.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately and update your password.

6.3 Submission of Content

You may submit content to the ATS, including CVs, application forms, and supporting documents (“Your Content”). You grant Dignus Group and Tribepad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use Your Content for recruitment purposes. You represent and warrant that:

  • Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
  • You have obtained any necessary permissions for content relating to third parties.
  • Your Content does not include harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.

6.4 Content Standards

All content submitted must:

  • Be truthful and accurate;
  • Not be defamatory, obscene, offensive, or discriminatory;
  • Comply with applicable laws;
  • Not disrupt the operation of the ATS or misrepresent its source.

We may remove or block any content that breaches these standards without notice.

6.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dignus Group, Tribepad, and any related third parties from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

6.6 Electronic Communications

Our primary means of communication with you will be electronic, via the ATS or email. You agree to receive communications electronically and acknowledge that such communications satisfy any legal writing requirements.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the ATS at any time for breach of these Terms, in our sole discretion, without liability.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the ATS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
